Since joining in 2011, Andrée-Anne has led Vigilance Santé, a Quebec-based company specializing in digital solutions for medication therapy management, to substantial growth. After being appointed co-president in 2018, she became president in 2020, and in June 2024, she acquired the company founded by her father, becoming its sole owner.

 

Under her leadership, Vigilance Santé has established itself as an innovative leader in its field while continuing to expand across Canada. With a versatile background, including a degree in occupational therapy, a minor in computer science, and a project management certificate (HEC Montreal), Andrée-Anne integrates strategy, technology, and management to guide her team toward excellence.

 

Before taking the helm at Vigilance Santé, Andrée-Anne applied her expertise to lead ambitious projects across various sectors, transforming every challenge into an opportunity.
