For a Stronger Quebec Through Technology

As a network of Tech CEOs, we carry a strong and united voice within Quebec's technology ecosystem. The AQT represents its members to key decision-makers and strategic players in the industry to advance the sector's key issues. Public and Government Relations

Representing the interests of our members, raising awareness of the realities faced by technology companies, and maintaining a constructive dialogue with public institutions are the pillars of AQT’s advocacy efforts. Through political meetings, policy briefs, and concerted actions, AQT and its members actively participate in defining priority issues and developing solutions that strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of our sector.

Federal and Provincial Budgets

For several years, AQT has ensured that its members' aspirations are heard during budgetary exercises and has built influential alliances to ensure that proposals take the technological sector's needs into account. Through policy briefs, participation in parliamentary committees, and federal and provincial consultations, AQT actively intervenes to influence budgetary decisions impacting our industry.

Public Procurement

Nearly 40% of our members interact directly or indirectly with public procurement, reflecting the significant impact of our industry on citizen services. To strengthen the relationship between technology providers and public buyers, AQT regularly engages in discussions, workshops, and provides concrete recommendations. These initiatives aim to offer members optimized access to public markets and foster collaboration between our sector and public decision-makers.
